Site owner — read before charging anyone money. The entity, jurisdiction and liability-cap figures below name the registered entity and jurisdiction, but the liability-cap figure (USD 100) is a sensible default, not advice. This document was written to describe accurately how the tools behave, but it was not written by a lawyer. Warranty disclaimers and liability caps are read narrowly against whoever drafted them and are not enforceable identically in every country. Free tools carry modest exposure; the moment you invoice someone, have a Korean lawyer review this and the liability cap in particular. Delete this box once that is done.
These tools collect nothing, because there is nowhere for anything to go. There is no server, no account, no database and no analytics. Your file is read by JavaScript already running in your browser and never transmitted anywhere.
default-src 'none', which instructs your browser to block all outbound network requests from the page. Even if code were added later that tried to send your data somewhere, the browser would refuse. This is enforcement, not a promise.Serving the page is still a web request. Our static host, Amazon Web Services (S3 and CloudFront), may log the standard things any web server logs — IP address, timestamp, user agent, page requested — for security and availability. That log records that you visited a page. It cannot contain your file, because your file is never sent.
We do not set cookies. We do not use analytics, tag managers, session recording, advertising pixels, or third-party embeds of any kind.
If you email solanders118@gmail.com, we hold that correspondence in order to reply to you, and delete it when it is no longer needed. Please do not send us customer lists or order exports — we do not want them and have no way to protect them.
Because we hold no personal data about you beyond any email you choose to send, there is generally nothing to access, correct, port or erase. The files you process here contain your customers' personal data, and you remain the data controller for it. Processing it locally in your own browser does not change your duties under GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA, PIPA or any equivalent law in your market. Take the same care you would with any customer export.

Every figure produced here is a statistical estimate derived from incomplete information, presented so you can investigate further. They are not audited figures, not professional advice, and not a recommendation to take any specific action.
You are solely responsible for any decision you make — including any purchase order you place, any contact you suppress, delete or unsubscribe, any change to your email programme, and any spend you increase or cut. Verify against your own inventory records, your own invoices and your own analytics before acting. Where an action is irreversible or hard to reverse, test it on a small batch first.
The tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that results are correct, complete or suitable for your business, or that the tools are free of defects.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solanders Co., Ltd. (주식회사 솔랜더스) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, nor for lost profits, lost revenue, lost sales, lost data, excess inventory, inventory write-downs, deliverability or sender-reputation harm, loss of customers or goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or connected with your use of these tools — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, and whether or not we were advised such damages were possible.
Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the tools shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) USD 100.
Nothing here excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that applicable law does not permit to be limited. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Nothing here is legal, accounting, tax, financial or regulatory advice. Email suppression and re-mailing decisions carry obligations under CAN-SPAM, GDPR, PECR and equivalents. If you are unsure whether you may mail someone, ask a lawyer, not a calculator.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Shopify, Klaviyo, Amazon, Etsy, Google or any other company named on these pages. Names and marks belong to their owners and are used only to describe file formats and integrations. Pricing figures for third-party services are compiled from public sources, are unverified, change without notice, and must be checked against your own invoice.
Use the tools only on data you are lawfully entitled to process. Do not use them to build or clean lists of people who have not consented to hear from you.
We may change or withdraw the tools, and update these terms, at any time; the version in force is the one published here. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the courts of the Republic of Korea have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
This section is here because it is more useful than a disclaimer, and because we would rather you trusted the numbers you can trust than all of them equally.
It infers, it does not observe. It has no access to your inventory log. It sees only that a product sold nothing for a stretch that its own weekday pattern says is unusual. A paused ad campaign, a supplier delay, an unpublished listing and a genuine stockout all look identical from sales data.
It deliberately reports less than the truth. Slow-moving SKUs are excluded rather than estimated, because at low sales rates a long quiet spell is normal and the data genuinely cannot distinguish it from an outage. Seasonal, discontinued and burst-selling products are moved out of the total. Estimated loss can never exceed what a SKU actually sold.
Never place a purchase order on this alone. Use it to pick which three SKUs to go check in your real inventory history.
Only three categories are marked as safe — typo domains, disposable inboxes and automated mailboxes such as noreply@. Those cannot receive mail from anyone, so removing them cannot cost you a sale.
Everything else is marked for your review, on purpose. Shared addresses like orders@ or purchasing@ are junk on a consumer list and the buying contact on a wholesale one. Apple Mail Privacy Protection has made "never opened" unreliable since 2021. Consonant-dense real names look machine-generated to any heuristic. We will not decide these for you.
Anyone with a recorded purchase is excluded before classification begins — but only if you map an orders or revenue column. If you do not, that protection is not running, and the tool tells you so.
Duplicate rows are merged, never exported. Klaviyo suppresses by email address, so a "duplicate" on a suppression list would remove the real person.
Do not bulk-apply the suggested corrections. A corrected address is a guess at a different human being who never subscribed to you.
